  • More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund of any advance payment
  • 3–7 days before check-in: 50% refund of advance payment
  • Less than 3 days / No-show: No refund

Cancellation by Vyga Heritage

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), we will provide a full refund and assist you in finding alternative accommodation where possible.
